These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pelren website hosting service ("Service") operated by the platform operator ("we", "us").

1. Service description

We provide ready-made websites for local businesses, including hosting, a content admin panel, and subscription billing through Paddle.

2. Trial and billing

After you agree to use the Service, you may start a 30-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription is billed at $75 USD per month unless canceled from your site admin billing settings.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of business information you publish on your site. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations of law or these Terms.

4. Domain and outreach

During outreach, a preview site may be shown on a domain associated with your business. If you decline the Service, the domain may be reassigned to another business in the same niche, as communicated during outreach.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
