Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations are handled for Pelren website subscriptions.

1. Trial period

New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial after agreement. You are not charged during the trial period.

2. Monthly billing

After the trial ends, billing starts at $75 USD per month unless you cancel before renewal.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your admin billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your current paid period remains active until its end date.

4. Refund eligibility

Charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support and we will review the case.

5. Payment provider

Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may handle payment disputes and card-level refund decisions according to its own policies.
